A festival to protect and celebrate the specialty of the place

Bigliolo, a small hamlet of Massa about forty minutes from La Spezia, is renowned for its fine quality beans. There are three varieties: the borlotto di Bigliolo, the bianchetto and the due facce.
On this occasion it will be possible to taste them in different recipes typically composed by this ingredient, but also other dishes entirely prepared with zero-kilometer agri-food products.
The rooms in which the event is held are closed and heated and will remain open every evening, with the addition of lunch for Saturday and Sunday (reservation is recommended)
