On the second Sunday of September there is a demonstration that many people are looking forward to: the Walk with food and wine stops in the villages of the valley of Casale Sabir in T ' I viaè (flavors in the paths).

It is a fixed appointment that brings groups of walkers on the paths (the Viaè) of the territory of the valley of the Casale to touch the tiny hamlets where the volunteers of the country prepare and offer dishes that make to experience the flavors (the Sabir) of the local tradition.

The sweet stops alternate with paths that rise and descend between streams, woods, still cultivated plains; We follow for short historical routes such as the one that, passing from Casale, carried from the Val di Vara to the coast and to Levanto or the one that traveled the miners to reach the mine of the circle where until the years ' 40 of the twentieth century was extracted manganese.

The stops foresee Sgabei, salami, rice cake, ravioli, sausage and beans, fruit and beverages distributed in the stations at the hamlets of Villa, Beech, Catorna, chapel and near the mine of the circle, along the course of the river Redarea.

The walk closes with a ring at Casale, where with the dessert ends the path and the meal.
