Catamaran crossing

Sunday, May 28, 2017 from 8.45 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. The Kau Kau Club organizes, together with the Yoga Natura Association, a catamaran crossing from Fiumaretta with destination Isola Palmaria. Upon arriving on the island there will be a yoga session on the beach to continue with a sup tour of the Tino, through seas with clear waters and surrounded by wonderful landscapes. On the return you will pass through the splendid canal of Portovenere. This is the program:

-8.45 pm: Meeting at Nautica CD Nautica 360 ° in Ameglia;
-9.00 am: Departure to the island of Palmaria, with navigation of about one hour;
-11.00: Guided Yoga at the beach about an hour, to follow baths, free time and packed lunch;
-14.00: Sup Tour of the Tino, with duration of about half an hour;
-17.00: Departure for the return, scheduled for 18.30.

Yoga and SUP tours are suitable for everyone, beginners and experts. You need to bring the mat for practicing yoga, a costume, a towel, water and food for lunch. The price is €40, inclusive of card and insurance; Reservations are required.
