First May Fair

The fair of the first of May of Sesta Godano is officially established with a privilege of the Republic of Genoa in the first half of the eighteenth century, for over 200 years exhibitors of all kinds are given appointment in the town center of Sesta, crowded by visitors From all over Liguria and from the neighbouring regions to conclude the "business" and enjoy a day in the green of Val di Vara.

The streets of the center will be dedicated to the benches with various goods-from clothing to gastronomy, while local hobbyists and producers fill Piazza Marconi, where a concert will be held from the late afternoon.

To meet the needs of the many visitors, this year it will be possible to reach the city center in relative comfort-avoiding the anxiety from parking-thanks to the shuttle service with departure hourly from the junction of Bergassana.
