In the village of Cadimare, between Portovenere and La Spezia, this mussel festival is an unmissable appointment for the inhabitants of the gulf. In a festive atmosphere and a stone's throw from the sea, the country prepares delicacies based on the main local ingredients, mussels (and woe to call them mussels in these parts!):pasta with mussles, marinara mussles, stuffed mussles, muscle fritters but also other fish dishes and not.
The evening then proceeds with music and orchestras that make the atmosphere even more suggestive.
