Food, wine and stories, in the fortress of Sarzanello

Tuesday, July 25 the fortress of Sarzanello in Sarzana will once again see protagonists and accomplices the good food and our historical culture with the second appointment (see the first) "Panini D'autore-vino, voci e racconti".

At the tasting of the famous sandwiches of Achille Franco Lanata, called "Biscotto", accompanied by a selection of wines chosen by Lunaspina will follow the theatrical reading of "Zia Favola, una storia siculish" of Cono CG, novel of Aut aut edizioni.

The show is at the same time the testimony of a historical period, that of Italian emigration to "Novaiorca", seen as the Land of Hope, and of a hybrid language, created by the Sicilian transplants in America, the Siculish, that is, "Halfu Miricanu and Halfu Sicilianu", using the words of the protagonist fable. A tribute to our history of Italians in search of a new homeland of Dreams, where the humorous side invites us to reflect on an actual topic that sees us still involved in the first person on both sides.
