Yoga flow meets the Arab expressive dance

Two seemingly distant worlds come together with the common goal of finding the balance our body seeks, inspired by these two cultures and approaches full of harmony and listening. The seminar is divided into two lessons of an hour and a half each, during which we will focus mainly on three topics:
listening to oneself, the fluidity of movement and gesture.
The seminar costs € 40.00 and will be held from 2.30pm to 6.00pm in Via Roma 30 in Carrara.
