In a strategic position between Lerici, Portovenere, the Cinque Terre and Tuscany (all within half an hour) Olivium offers its guests a silent oasis of peace where they can return to after exploring local itineraries, or where they can laze around the pool in the sunshine or relax in the shade of an olive tree.

La Spezia railway station and port (from where trains and boats leave for the Cinque Terre) are 10 minutes by car from Olivium and are well connected also by public transport. The main motorways (for Forence, Milan or Genoa) are less than 15 minutes away from the house.

The Residence offers its guests a shuttle service to move and reach the city.
