Independent rooms with private bathrooms in a old Italian building. Right in downtown  La Spezia, we are surrounded with coffee shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Only a 8 minutes walking from the main train station and 15 minutes walking from the sea - where ferryboats depart each day to the Cinque Terre, Portovenere and Lerici.

Guests receive a voucher to enjoy an Italian-style breakfast at a nearby café.

We don't have a 24 hrs reception, check-in time is from 13:00 (01 PM) until 20:00 (08 PM), but morning check-ins can be arranged with previous contact.
