Aperifitness La Spezia

Thursday 1 June 2017 from 19.00 to 23.00 returns the evening dedicated to sport and healthy eating. At the Sailor's Club in La Spezia, in the arms square, there will be a mixed masterclass of Zumba, just movie and fitbox thanks to the participation of the teachers AnnaPaula Cavalcante, Marco Rolla and Simonetta.

The mixed masterclass will be held at the club from 19.00 until 20.30. The showers at the Salor's Club's gym are available to follow.

From 9.15 pm onwards there will be a rich start, or rather a aperifitness, curated by Andrea Della Folgore, which will bring to the table a rich buffet and aimed at healthy food, to allow everyone to eat well and healthy immediately after the sport. From 10.30 pm starts the evening Dancing with music and karaoke.

The cost for masterclass and aperifitness is from 10 to €13. An event that looks like a perfect recipe: sport and healthy food and a lot of fun.
