Weekend at Cinque Terre

From Friday 23 June 2017 at 19.00 to Sunday 25 June 2017 at 17.00 There will be a chance to experience a weekend of relaxation and breathtaking scenery. We will move over ' Velca ', a sailboat of 10.50 meters, a vintage model, belonging to one of the most prestigious Italian historical shipyards in the world: Grand Soleil. The end of this sailing boat trip will be to learn the practice of yoga in natural places surrounded by sea water, in the middle of summer, in front of enchanting landscapes; a weekend of wellbeing. The program includes:
-Friday: Boat accommodation from 19.00, dinner on board and overnight stay moored at the pier of graces, a few meters from Portovenere and the island Palmaria;
-Saturday: Departure in the morning, direction Island of Tino and Palmaria. During the practical crossing of sensitive yoga. Lunch on the island with the possibility to relax on the beach. Before dinner there will be another sensitive yoga session. Dinner on board, visit of Portovenere and overnight by boat moored in Portovenere;
-Sunday: In the morning practice of sensible yoga, breakfast and departure to the natural park of the Cinque Terre. Lunch in a Bay of the park, resumption of navigation to the Gulf of poets with an afternoon stop and return to the Graces for 17.00.
