1. La Locanda del Gallese

Opened in the '60s about how local meeting and aggregation for the Community Biassa, is today a reference point for the entire city of La Spezia. In the small forest village of Biassa, it is synonymous with quality and tradition. The rich and varied menu but imeprdibili are testaroli and panigacci.

2. La Gira

La Gira has its roots way back in 1870. Back then it was a tavern, particularly a point of "carters meeting", especially in summer, when they found themselves under the shady, secular huge Holm which is still the emblem of local.

Over the years it never ceases to emphasize the typical dishes from La Spezia, in the respect of the family tradition: fresh homemade pasta, the fresh fish, ravioli and pasta of all kinds - for each season.

3. Antica Hostaria Secondini

In a panoramic position on the hills behind La Spezia. very tasty dishes and in keeping with Ligurian tradition. Exceptional the first: ravioli with meat sauce, Pansotti with walnut sauce and noodles with pesto.

4. Il Vecchio Mulino

The place was once a mill, where you grind flour and cereals typical obtaining flour by means of large grinding stones made of sandstone. The water of the river Durasca, conveyed through ancient pipes dug by hand in hard stone, the miracle took place milling by this name at the Old Mill, in respect of the old traditions which have drawn attention with the owners of the restaurant, to enjoy to their clients the real and genuine, food and local products of the hinterland.

5. Vecchia Osteria San Rocco

L'Osteria, informal but courteous, with a good background music, is pleasantly familiar. Also a family-run, varying its production from sea to land - without ever missing a beat!

6. Osteria all'Inferno

Since 1905 typical restaurant La Spezia, not only from a culinary point of view but also in home-made service. The dishes are those at the base of the local culture: the "musciua" to codfish, from troffie pesto spaghetti with cicadas.
