Welcome Vermentino!

Two days of events, tastings,workshops, typical products and conferences that will feature the Vermentino grape variety.
The atriums and halls of the ancient buildings of Via Dante will welcome more than one hundred Vermentino producers from the main production areas: Liguria, Tuscany, Sardinia and Corsica. Visitors will then be able to taste the excellent wine accompanied by typical local products.
Piazza Querciola will host spaces dedicated to local producers of extra virgin olive oil and other typical local products such as honey,  Castelnuovo ham, Lardo di Colonnata, cheeses and cured meats from the Val di Vara.
The Pro Loco will offer local traditional dishes such as stools, vegetable pies, stuffed muscles, marinated cod, mixed fried fish, Ligurian rabbit and rice cake.
There will also be several other initiatives organized to enrich the event: cooking and show cooking workshops, trekking through the vineyards, guided tours, theater and music.
