Let us introduce you a list of some of our favorite trails in the Cinque Terre area and surroundings:1. Via dell’amore located between Manarola and Riomaggiore, this is the most breathtaking path that you will ever walk on, even though it has recently strucked by a landside, it's now walkable for the firts 200 metres from Manarola, about 5 minute walking. To get to Riomaggiore from Manarola by the Via dell'amore, you'll have to wait for 2 years still. In the meantime here is another great option: the “Sentiero Azzurro”, one of the most spectacular and famous of Cinque Terre coast, it crosses the five little villages from above. The view is amazing. The itinerary starts from Riomaggiore and it ends around Monterosso.2. Portovenere – Campiglia: it is a rocky path and it starts from the middle square of Portovenere, the first line is 5,5 kilometers long with a gradient of 500 meters, for a total duration of about 2 hours . For the experts we recommend to enjoy the view of “Palestra di roccia” at the Muzzerone, there is a suggesting view point to the edge of the sea.3. Monterosso – Levanto: this is a varied promenade, between characteristic villages and uncontaminated nature. For dispatch must be used a railway section that links costal villages. During the journey it will be possible to admire the view of Cinque Terre (from above) by an extra visit to Punta Mesco, situated some kilometers before Bonassola.
4. Tour of the “Isola Palmaria”: this island is opposite to Portovenere. The “Isola Palmaria” could be easily traveled by a pat that goes through it, it is practicable approximately in 3 hours and half, in the middle of the natural park that the territory provides. It is accessible from two opposite slopes, it is up to you to choose from which side start the adventure. Another destination that we suggest to you is the “Grotta dei Colombi”, placed on the edge of the sea.5. “Salto del Gatto”: that is a path for people who prefer staying in the central zone, this trail is really nice, it can also be easily reach by feet, the hike last about 2 hours and a half, the path’s length is approximately 10 or 12 kilometers, it connects Marinasco to La Chiappa district.6. Valdellora – Sarbia: it is almost long 7 kilometers and it has a time last of 1 hour and a half, it is the perfect hike for a leisurely stroll close to nature.7. “Palestra del Verde"it is situated on the mount Parodi, it is by far the hike most loved by athletes, equipped by facilities for physical exercise, it amuse adults and kids, in a walk that last about 1 hour and a half in the middle of a rich vegetation.
8. Montemarcello’s path: this path has a different in height for an extension of 10 kilometers, it can be cover with suitable equipment and adventurous spirit. at the end of the course, you’ll find Punta Corvo’s beach made up of black and volcanic sond.9. Cento Croci’s pass: it is one of the most easy and scenic route pass in La Spezia that marks the border between Emilia-Romagna and Liguria. It is at 1055 meters above the sea level and it is famous for the length of 13,5 kilometers.10. Campiglia – Schiara – Monesteroli: it is a path long about 3 hours , it carry between little houses of typical Liguria’s villages.
